Jupiters Gold Coast Proposed Future Development

A master plan concept has been created for Jupiters Gold Coast to provide future potential development options at the iconic Broadbeach landmark.

The proposed master plan includes a new 200 metre, 700 room hotel and apartment tower. It is proposed for construction could commence in 2017 subject to all approvals being obtained. This has the potential to take the current $345 million redevelopment at Jupiters to a mega-investment worth up to $850 million. The Star Entertainment Group is currently working with the City of Gold Coast Council and Queensland Government on necessary approvals for the proposed new tower, as well as the master plan concept for the Broadbeach site.

The master plan concept includes potential options for up to five hotel and/or apartment towers, a world class recreational deck with water features, tropical gardens, pools and spa facilities, and new entertainment offerings. It also looks at ways to enhance connections between Jupiters and Pacific Fair, the Gold Coast Convention and Entertainment Centre, and the surrounding Broadbeach area.
