Outdoor Lighting Projection
In a stunning example of 21st century artistic expression, the property recently unveiled one of Australia’s largest permanent outdoor projection systems as part of its $345 million transformation. Seventeen projectors will beam spectacular moving imagery onto the iconic facade each evening, showcasing the City’s natural environment and vibrant coastal lifestyle.
Exquisitely appointed, with Turkish marble throughout and bathed in white and natural tones, the spacious penthouse sets the scene for relaxation. All rooms offer stunning views of the Gold Coast’s 52km stretch of coastline and are elegantly styled with the finest finishes, as well as integrated technology that takes you to a world of indulgence.
The stylishly appointed Pacific View Suite on Level 21 offers panoramic views of the Gold Coast skyline, while the large private sun terraces available in the Ocean and King Terrace Suites on Levels 18 to 20 allow for seamless indoor and outdoor entertaining with large open plan living and dining areas, operable roofs, and state-of-the-art Bose sound systems throughout, equipped with Bluetooth connectivity.
Refurbished Executive Deluxe Rooms
Locally commissioned artwork is displayed, providing each room with a unique personality. Guests are also treated to a specially designed pillow menu and ‘The Cloud’ mattress topper, exclusive to The Star Entertainment Group properties.
Refurbished Superior Deluxe Rooms
Designed to create a sophisticated and modern feel that complements the Gold Coast’s relaxed beachside lifestyle, the newly unveiled Superior Deluxe Rooms combine the ultimate in luxury with stunning contemporary design. Bespoke bedheads form the hero of the rooms, their unique textural tactile panels and crisp white abstracts serving as an innovative addition to the sophisticated design, while The Star Entertainment Group’s exclusive ‘The Cloud’ mattress topper, specially designed pillow menu and bathing products by leading international brand L’OCCITANE set the scene to ensure a perfect night’s sleep.
Garden Kitchen & Bar
Opened in December 2014, Italian restaurant Cucina Vivo became the property’s first-ever indoor-outdoor dining venue. Inspired by cliff-top restaurants along the Amalfi Coast, Cucina Vivo features an outdoor terrace overlooking the stunning new look pool, creating a distinct Italian seaside atmosphere fitted to the beautiful Gold Coast climate. Guests are encouraged to celebrate a complete dining experience as they’re welcomed into the theatre of the kitchen featuring a two-metre long wood-fired oven with the restaurant's own Pizzaiolo at the helm.

Porte-cochere lighting installation
In a dazzling demonstration of technology meets art, the property recently unveiled a highly innovative lighting design that has formed an attraction in its own right. Thousands of lights mounted to 17 palm trees at the porte-cochère will serve to enhance the property’s beautiful island landscape, offering visitors and guests a truly unique and innovative lighting display.
The intricate design is the first of its kind with more than 10,500 individual pixel nodes illuminating the iconic palms to create a natural 20 metre-wide by 10 metre-high 3D digital screen.
