What are Absolute Points?

A simple points balance for you to know which tier you're in and how many points you need to reach the next tier.

How do you earn them?

By using your Absolute Rewards card each time you play compatible electronic gaming machines and table games at Jupiters Hotel & Casino Gold Coast and Treasury Brisbane. Absolute Points earned at both Jupiters Gold Coast and Treasury Brisbane will count towards your membership tier.

Can I spend them?

No, their value is in determining which tier of Absolute Rewards membership you have acheived.

Do they expire?

Your Absolute Points balance expires one year from your membership anniversary date.

As you earn more Absolute Points, you are eligible to move up the tiers and receive more benefits.

Lost your card?

If your card has gone missing we can easily replace it. Just visit the Customer Service Desk and if your card hasn't been handed in, present your identification and a new card will be issued.
