Booking conditions: Your credit card is for guarantee purposes only. Full payment for your accommodation is required at check-in. A credit card authorisation of $200 or a cash surety of $200 will be required on check-in to cover incidental charges. Incidentals are settled on check-out and unused cash surety will be refunded at this time. All room type requests and smoking/non smoking requests are on a request basis only and will be confirmed at check-in. Early check-in is welcome, however subject to availability.

Special access rooms
We have four accessible rooms with special facilities for the disabled. To book one of these rooms via the website, please place a comment on the Superior Room type that you require an accessible room and we will check availability for you, or alternatively you may call one of our Reservations team members on 1800 074 344.
