Sponsorship Guidelines
Why we have guidelines...
Jupiters Gold Coast recognises the important role that the organisation plays in the local community and we are committed to continuing the company's record as patron of many charity, cultural, and community activities in the South East Queensland region. However due to the large number of proposals we receive each week, it unfortunately makes it difficult for us to accept every idea presented to us. Hence, we have outlined below a series of guidelines to help you submit a proposal that meets our needs.
In general
These are the general criteria by which we initially assess the proposals:
- We will consider proposals in all categories except sponsorship of individuals who are not competing at an elite or international level;
- We prefer to support local or Gold Coast regional events;
- We generally require a minimum of six months lead-time;
- Logo exposure is not the primary goal of sponsorship, it is considered a bonus;
- We prefer to invest in sponsorships that carry out audience research during and/or after the event, including sponsor questions and provide the results of the research to Jupiters Gold Coast.
- Both Jupiters Gold Coast and Treasury Brisbane contribute monies to the Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund. The aim of this organisation is to assist local charities to purchase capital items necessary to run their day to day business.
